The city of Kingston is the capital and the largest in Jamaica and the home of a number of parks, which are always ready to accommodate various events. Every visit to Jamaica should begin with a visit to its beautiful black beaches and long hours spend relaxing under the sun.  Then comes the visit to the Devon House mansion, which was the house of the first black millionaire, George Stiebel.  The house was built in 1891 in the Georgian style and today is a historical site with national importance.  Some of its buildings, such as the old stables and the kitchen, host some of the Jamaica’s finest restaurants, souvenir shops and confectioneries.
Close to the city of Kingston lies the famous Blue Mountain of Jamaica with its highest peak of 7 402 feet.  A hike to the mountain top is something every tourist should consider in order to feel the spirit of the island.  The next place you must see in Kingston is the Robert Marley Museum, which is dedicated to the memory or the famous Reggae superstar and is located in his original studio, where he recorded many of his songs.
Kingston is the city that can offer you many happy days and exciting nights.  Every visitor of the island should try the local cuisine and visit the restaurants where the slow rhythm of the reggae makes every dream come true.  The multiple shops and malls are another way to bring a part of the island with you back home.  Discover the colorful marketplaces that are full of local products and art objects.  If you enjoy sports consider playing on one of the multiple and well equipped golf courses that have a real ocean view.
